 Team Uniforms
At this time, Team:Tango is not requiring a team uniform as mandatory. While
we do not ORDER team members to wear any specific gear, we supply each Full Member with a standard team uniform and heavily request that each team member use this uniform at events and practices.
In other words and make fun of them if they don't! The standard camouflage is
to give the team a "unified" look and feel as well foster team spirit and pride. The cost of this is included in the annual dues.
You must have your dues paid for the full year in order to get your
uniform.
The team pattern at this time is... MULTICAM.
The team uniform we are purchasing for each member is an ACU style with a mandarin collar, arm
Velcro shoulder patches and slanted chest pockets.
Pockets are slanted for easy access of their contents under load carrying vests and other gear and cargo pockets on the pants have elastic draw strings to further secure their contents.
New sleeve or shoulder pockets and pen pockets on the arm provide additional accessible storage, as do 2 new lower pockets on the pants.
Velcro is also used extensively throughout the ACU to hold pockets closed instead of buttons and to provide attachment points for name tape, insignia and unit designations. Even the shirt cuffs use hook-and-loop fasteners instead of buttons. 
 Finally, the ACU pants are baggier and the shirts are pleated for more comfort and movement. The shirt also features a zipper instead of a button front.
Boots and belt not included.
About MultiCam:
MultiCam is a single camouflage pattern designed to help the wearer in multiple environments, seasons, elevations and light conditions. it was designed in conjunction with the US Army Natick Soldier Systems Center to address the real-world need for concealment in multiple and varied environments.
How MultiCam Works:
The pattern is subtle enough to reflect shades of the surrounding environment, taking on an overall green appearance under a green forest canopy and an overall tan look when in the open desert. By adapting to local light conditions, the pattern blend well in multiple environments, elevations, seasons, weather conditions and times of day.
 Alternate Team Pattern
If team members would prefer to purchase another pattern, the optional alternate team pattern is... OMNIPAT, available from SpecOpsPaintball.com. We will not purchase this uniform, but consider it an acceptable alternative pattern.
Name Tapes
Each Team Member will get a team name tape and a call sign name tape with Velcro back that they can wear on their uniforms or tactical vests.
Armbands, Team Logo or Insignia
During official practices and events, team members are required to wear the team logo insignia or armband for recognition and to promote the team. These would be provided by the team dues.
If a member forgets their logo patch or insignia, a temporary replacement can be provided by the team.
If a team member loses their logo patch or insignia, they are required to replace them at cost. The same rules apply for name tapes, and team identifiers such as tactical Vest patches.
 Replacement or Repair
Team members are responsible for the cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of their own uniforms and equipment. In the event a team member loses a team armband or patch, the team members is responsible for replacing the item. Replacements can be purchased through the Team Commander,
our online store or the team quartermaster, at costs.
