Tango Alpha2 is a coordinated, scenario paintball team whose primary goals are to enjoy the sport of paintball, promote the sport through integrity and good sportsmanship, and to have fun while improving our skills and teamwork.

Tango Alpha2 is an independent, scenario paintball "non-team". We describe ourselves as a Non-team because we play without the egos, issues and baggage that a lot of regular teams bring to the party. For us it's about the integrity, practicing our skills, and most importantly having fun. This isn't about attitude or who's best, it's about who has the most fun. We are not above ribbing other teams, stirring up a "feud" (in fun) or creating artificial rivalries to make it a little more interesting, but at the end of the day, it's just a bunch of people playing army and IT'S A GAME!

The lack of ego allows us the freedom to enjoy the game a bit more without taking ourselves or the game as serious as others might. We want it to be the guys who laugh the most, make the best jokes and who make the game the most fun while maintaining the integrity of the sport, ourselves and most of all, the team and our teammates.

We are ambassadors of paintball -- ambassadors of scenario games. How we play and how we have fun should lead others to do the same and raise other's game and integrity levels. It is our goal to show others that we can win, be honorable and have fun doing it. But bear this in mind, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the rest. Integrity at all times must be maintained. Cheating is not tolerated. Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated. We are a team and we each count on each other. We are a band of aggressive, talented folks pooling together our many strengths and abilities to be ONE exceptional unit. Thus, when you take the field for Tango Alpha2, your conduct reflects not only on yourself, but on the teammate at your side who counts on you and the team's entire reputation.
